Important Information about Procedures for Establishing a Membership Account

It is very easy to set up an account with us! The required information we will need to open an account is:

• $30.00 (cash or check) will open a Share/Savings Account to establish membership
• Social security number
• Valid driver’s license with current address

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: 

When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, social security number and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.

Please verify with your employer that you are eligible to contribute to an HSA account before opening one.
