As we reflect on the past year, I am filled with gratitude for the trust and support you have shown Holy Family Memorial Credit Union throughout 2024. This year has been one of growth, resilience, and community spirit.

2024 Highlights:

Financial Strength: In 2024, HFMCU increased our income and expenses. We offered lending with flexible terms and the best rates, even in a challenging rate market. Member savings increased, and we helped make those dollars go farther by paying a better return. Importantly, our overall increased income was achieved with a flat performance in fees to our members, continuing our commitment to putting people before profit.
Member Services: Most significantly, 2024 saw an increase in dividends paid to our members, over three times what we paid in 2023. Updated payment systems and refreshed digital services were significant enhancements, providing up-to-date tools to assist in managing your money more easily. HFMCU continues to focus on developing secure, reliable solutions that our members have come to expect.

Looking Ahead to 2025:

Member Experience: We will continue to value your feedback and listen to your needs, ensuring a personalized and exceptional financial experience. Our member-first culture prioritizes people over profit.
Mission-Driven Purpose: We are dedicated to advancing the financial health and quality of life for our members through personalized guidance and value-driven service.
Product Innovation and Technology: Our mobile app will be introduced in January 2025 – find it in the app stores! We will also continue to offer new lending expertise with flexible terms and the best rates to meet more needs of our members, including student loans and healthcare professional development.
Developing Partnerships: Our commitment to serving the healthcare and faith communities of our members has never wavered. At the end of this year, HFMCU completed work to clarify our mission, core values, and our identity. Knowing who we are helps us to better serve our members with compassion and financial expertise.
